2025 Parking Lots Rehabilitation Project

The proposed construction consists of the repair and/or replacement of storm structures, and pipes; installation of new curb and gutter and sidewalks; base patching; spot repair and/or replacement of curb and gutter, and sidewalks; spot repair and/or replacement of stamped colored concrete patio and concrete pavement; installation of new concrete pavement; the resurfacing and/or replacement of driveways and parking lots; repair and/or replacement of sanitary structures and pipes; installation of pavement markings and symbols; reinstallation of existing signs; around the public safety building, the public works garage, the water pollution control facility. Major work items and approximate quantities for which bids are requested include: full pavement replacement, asphalt overlay only, storm sewer structures repairs, storm sewer pipe spot repairs, sanitary sewer structure repairs, sanitary sewer pipe main repairs, 1,793 SY of concrete pavement, 3,342 of base patching, 938 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 13,222 SY of asphaltic surface milling and resurfacing, and miscellaneous utility repair.
