2025 Central Salt Shed Repair

Town of Broome

Work includes replacing of the existing 9,600 SF asphalt shingle roof in its entirety on the salt shed at the town property, with a new 50-year 3 tab asphalt-fiberglass shingle roof system and venting improvements. Alternate bid includes all materials, labor, tools and equipment to replace the existing 9,600 SF asphalt shingle roof in its entirety on the salt shed at the town property with a new 30-year metal roof system and venting improvements.

Town of Pownal

Provide a comprehensive inspection and estimate for repair work to the existing salt and sand shed. Replace any wooden siding that has been damaged from impact. Replace metal roof sections that are damaged. Reinforce the fractured steel column sections.

City of Anchorage

Replace the exterior siding on the public works building and salt shed.
