Summary
Repairs in the following areas of the existing building: 1. Replace (2) exterior metal doors, frame and hardware. 2. Replace (1) interior door, frame and hardware. 3. Repair (1) interior gypsum board partition in break room. 4. Repair cracks in garage bay floor slab, prepare existing floor slab for new bus lift, and apply new floor coating. Plumbing: extend existing trench drain in service bay, keeping existing in operation. Fire alarm: alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. Electrical related improvements for new bus lift controls. The owner is contracting with an equipment vendor under separate contract for the removal of the existing bus lift, foundation modifications for a new bus lift, installation of new surface mounted rotary bus lift which will commence on a date to be determined following completion of the floor slab modifications and electrical infrastructure.
