Salvage existing building materials and items noted and turned them to the Government for reuse. Construction of a new six person barracks & new engine garage, pre-engineered new warehouse & shop building, a new pre-engineered combination chemical storage and storage container buildings, and a prefabricated hazardous material storage unit, and two prefabricated seedling cooler container buildings with two truck vehicle port metal canopies. Preservation of existing brick chimney. New site work includes, but not limited to, new entry gate, fencing, utilities, grading, new parking, accessible ramp and walk paths, and new roadways. Work shall include civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection. Intrusion detection and monitoring at all new secured buildings. CCTV cameras to cover all entry and exit points on site and building entrances. Keypad access control system at designated exterior entries. Security door and window contacts and motion detection system.
