ODP has reviewed the agency's submission disputing an earlier determination but found insufficient evidence to change its decision on two unmet measures (SC-PCP.01.2 and SC-RN.01). Despite these unmet measures, the agency remains eligible to provide supports coordination services for the contract cycle from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The notice instructs the agency to create and implement Quality Management Plans and informs them that the QDI.01.6 measure will not be considered for evaluation during this contract period.
