The MOU, effective July 1, 2024, for an initial three-year term with an option to extend to June 30, 2029, details obligations for service provision, oversight, training, screening, referrals, care coordination, data sharing, and dispute resolution to ensure integrated and accessible behavioral health treatment. The total cost associated with the agreement is stated as $7,500,000, funded entirely by the state, with an annual cost of $1,500,000.
