The Energy Trust will provide $475,000 to assist with the refurbishment and restart of the hydroelectric generating facility at the Albany Water Treatment Plant. In return for funding, the City will transfer rights to Green Tags, Green Tag Reporting Rights, and Environmental Attributes for 20 years from the facility's commercial operation date.
