ActiveThis document is the First Amendment to a Services Agreement between the California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) and Granicus, Inc., originally dated July 1, 2022. Effective July 1, 2025, this amendment extends the contract term through June 30, 2029, and updates the compensation structure for the extended period. The amendment adds $59,384.24 to the contract, bringing the total encumbered amount for the entire agreement to $103,884.24.
