Project consists of a the building envelope, vertical circulation, public lobby spaces, structure, major building systems, toilet cores, a natatorium, a gymnasium, classrooms and office space. The façade is composed of a metal panel system with aluminum framed storefront and curtainwall windows systems and brick cladding. The exterior walls are largely a cold formed metal framing system with a few exterior walls composed with concrete masonry units.
