This Contract is to link the incumbent worker training needs of business and industry groups to the community colleges. To provide a direct conduit to employers to provide college administrators with information about industry needs related to incumbent worker training, facilitate partnerships among educators and industry, and resolve any issues pertaining to these partnerships.
