Seeking inspections/certifications, repair services, maintenance, and preventive upkeep of the following: gas and electric forklifts, lifting devices, chain falls, hoists, overhead lifts, lifters and stackers, gators, manual and electric walk behind lifters, lifting tables, lifting baskets, trailers, and all hydraulic equipment.

The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). These services include sustainment calibration, maintenance, equipment repair and scheduling, inventory, shelf-life management, warranty management, equipment service-contract information, preventive maintenance and scheduling, shipping, and management of the following devices: six (6) Fume hoods (Model FHM-2.5SS) , twelve (12) Biosafety Cabinets (Model BBF-2SSCH), six (6) Filtration Systems (model FS-150) , six (6) Filtration Systems (model FS-75) and six (6) Glove boxes (Model PGB-36). The subscription must provide access for 80 users for the following services: a. Biomedical Preventative Maintenance (PM) Database- a comprehensive platform for scheduling, tracking, and documenting preventative maintenance activities biomedical equipment. b. Cloud Document Storage- Secure cloud-based storage for critical documents, ensuring accessibility, and compliance with data retention policies. c. Facilities Maintenance Database- A tool for managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and asset tracking for healthcare facilities. d. Surgical Instrument and Equipment Database- A database for tracking surgical instruments and equipment, including inventory management and sterilization records. e. Tissue and Implant Database- A system for managing tissue and implant inventory, including tracking, expiration dates, and regulatory compliance. f. Consumable Database- Manufacturer's guide on how to use, clean, and dispose of device consumables.
