The Village of Estero seeks bids for ditch and swale cleaning and maintenance services at multiple locations, including mowing, vegetation removal, sediment control, and erosion/pollution prevention measures. The contract is expected to start April 1, 2026 for one year with three optional one-year renewals.

Right of way & topographic survey: establish existing right of way limits; topographic survey of existing right of way and adjacent properties; sketch & legal descriptions of additional right of way/easements needs. Traffic, bicycle & pedestrian study: study existing traffic conditions & safety; study existing bicycle & pedestrian conditions; identify areas of needed improvements; provide recommendations to improve traffic flow and safety. Stormwater management system design: study existing conditions to understand local and regional stormwater flows; identify areas of known flooding; prepare an existing conditions model to confirm areas of flooding and provide a basis for comparison to proposed improvements.
