Provide pest control services per the bid specifications, including: (1) Insects (ants, cockroaches, spiders, wasps, and other common pests); (2) Rodents (mice, and minor rat activity as needed); (3) Large animal entrapment (woodchucks, racoons as needed); (4) Preventative maintenance including inspection and treatment of campus buildings, grounds, and exterior perimeters. The contract shall be effective on the contract execution date and shall run for ONE (1) year from that date. This contract will be automatically renewed for FOUR (4) additional one-year terms, unless Procurement is notified, in writing, by the Contractor; or notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s).
