The Project will include the following components: (i) Office Building (+/- 5300 SF); (ii) Heated vehicle garage (+/- 30,000 SF); (iii) Cold storage barn (+/- 10,000 SF); (iv) Salt storage barn (+/-6000 SF); (v) Outdoor bulk material storage; and (vi) Outdoor equipment storage.
