The Town of Walpole is soliciting contractors to replace two existing earthen lagoons with two new cast-in-place reinforced concrete lagoons, including temporary piping systems, residual management, selective demolition, clearing, replacement of fencing, exterior piping, fittings, valves, hydrants, manholes, flow metering equipment, site improvements, and surface restorations. A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for December 18, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the H.E. Willis Water Treatment Facility site.

Sewer System Improvements, includes: 420 VF of cementitious lining of manholes; exterior grouting and interior patching of 10 manholes; build bench and invert in 4 manholes; repair bench and invert in 2 manholes; furnish and install manhole inflow dish in 19 manholes; raise manhole frame and cover to grade at 2 manholes; furnish and install frame and cover at 39 manholes; reset frame and cover at 3 manholes; 7,700 LF of CIPP; 3,510 LF of clean inspect, test and seal; 7 lateral liners; testing and grouting of 13 laterals; cut one intruding lateral and grout; 3 open cut point repairs; 1 sewer wye replacement and other related tasks.
