AvailableWork includes construction of a new 61,250 SF skilled nursing facility to replace the existing Our Island Home. The facility will be supported by a new Geothermal well field and dedicated all electric mechanical equipment. Project includes all related sitework, as well as the relocation of existing Sherburne Commons staff housing and the construction of new replacement staff housing.
