Work include demolition of existing water source heat pump system including the fan coil units, controls, heat pumps, and heat exchanger with the associated pumps. Provision and installation of new heat pumps, fan coil units and controls with some new ductwork. Provision and installation of a cooling tower for heat rejection. Provision and installation of an electric boiler for heat addition. Patch and repair to match existing of all walls and ceilings damaged during demolition and removal of old and installation of new equipment. Electrical: provide removal and relocation of existing hvac equipment circuits and provide new circuits for hvac equipment, to include all breakers, conduit, wire and disconnects as specified.
