Provide removal and installation of the drainage system on the entire (east) side of the fieldhouse. Work shall also include washing the cmu and concrete wall, installing a watertight membrane and protection board below grade. Backfilling with drainage stone, hauling any spoils, repointing of all failed mortar joints with mortar that matches as close as possible and sealing the cmu wall.
