The Project consists of the removal and replacement of existing roofing and insulation for a portion of an existing building at 1500 W Agency Rd in West Burlington, Iowa. This scope includes, but is not necessarily limited to, demolition of existing roofing and rigid insulation, new EPDM membrane roofing system, new roof insulation, new prefinished metal copings and scuppers, and limited painting, as indicated.

The project consists of the general interior demolition/remodeling of selected classrooms, restrooms, and adjoining hallways. The scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: new interior walls, laminate-faced wood doors, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum storefront, door hardware, glazing, painting, flooring, acoustical tile ceilings, drywall ceilings, specialty ceilings, casework, roller window shades, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and lighting (as indicated).

The Project consists of the installation of a new computer room air conditioning (CRAC) unit within existing space that is currently two unused offices. In addition, the existing CRAC unit will be relocated to this same room after the new unit is operational. The existing and new CRAC units will alternate operation to provide 100% redundancy. The new CRAC remote condensing unit will be installed adjacent to the existing CRAC condensing unit condensing within the existing screened exterior space west of the building. The scope includes, but is not necessarily limited to, modifications to existing mechanical equipment, new mechanical equipment, associated electrical work, minor selective demolition of existing building components to facilitate the new work, adjustments to existing elevated floor system, adjustments to interior partition walls, hollow metal door/frame work, adjustments to existing suspended ceiling system, and painting.
