We are looking to replace our monuments and signs throughout the entire Smoky Hill Metropolitan District. We have a mock up of a logo and will need a graphic designer to edit it into correct format to be used. We are looking to build rock or rock facia on existing monuments, and laser the new logo. The monuments will be varying sizes, and some may have to be built onto the existing fences where there is not room to build freestanding. Park signage will likely need to be on a weather proof wood or brick, smaller than the stone monuments. We are open to ideas for the right plan of action. We ideally are looking for one stop shopping to give us a bid to complete the entire project. We will also need you to make sure the project is permitted correctly with the city of Centennial.

Work includes, Approx 315 LF Existing Rail Fence. 6"x 6" Posts Cedar, Chamfered Tops; Set in Concrete footing; 6'- 8' centers between posts, max 8'; 2"x6"x8" (mx) Horizontal Cedar rails secured to posts with appropriate fasteners. Opening in fence to be as currently installed.

In a 14' x 14' space located within a park and near the playground (exact location to be determined), remove existing turfgrass and regrade area, performing any necessary excavation to ensure concrete pad is level and plumb. Pour concrete pad and install a single-tier 24-gauge steel shelter.
