San Miguel County Parks & Open Space is seeking qualified bidders to replace the cedar shake shingles of the entire exterior roof surface of the historic Trout Lake Railroad Water Tower, 912 N Trout Lake Rd, CO 81435. The project will include all preparations necessary to re-shingle the roof and protect the rest of the structure. The contractor must match the existing roof as closely as possible to the existing roofing. The contractor must also provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the job. Roofing must be completed by July 1st, 2026.
