Work includes milling/paving sections of road, profiling to needed grades, installation of curbing/gutters, complete reconstruction of a section of road, install stamped concrete section. There will be a new electrical feed run out to the lighting system for lowenthal road, with new pole bases to be installed (reinstalling existing poles & fixtures); electrical feed from building to road will be directionally bored to the first pole base then open dug form pole base to pole base. Old conduit from pole to pole to be removed. Goal would be to close main entrance to do the milling/paving & stamped concrete install starting 5/12 to have reopened before 6/12. While working on lowenthal maintaining traffic until lomb entrance is reopened

Landscape renovation of the residence hall exterior public spaces. The project generally consists of improvements to the exterior pavement areas surrounding the residence halls on the east side of the rit campus, through replacement of the asphalt pavement. This contract will include all the demolition and removal of the existing asphalt pavement, brick pavers, concrete stairs and ramp surfaces brick face seat walls, removal of existing subbase, subgrade, and replacement of new subgrade and subbase. New concrete pavement, ramps and stairs with integral hydronic snowmelt system will be constructed with new landscape and lawn areas. New storm piping and underdrain will be installed to improve surface and sub surface drainage. Installation of new precast seat walls will be included. New site lighting will be installed including conduits, wiring, foundation bases, poles, and fixtures. New wayfinding signage and dumpster enclosure will be included.
