This Agreement for the Provision of Alternative Transportation Solutions is between EverDriven Technologies, LLC. (Contractor) and Richmond County School System (District). The Contractor will coordinate student transportation services for the District, with the initial term commencing on January 1, 2025, and ending on December 31, 2025. Fees for services are outlined in Attachment 1, based on per-trip and per-mile rates, along with additional charges for specific services.
