Provide training and technical assistance for homeless response system providers. The goal of this RFP is to strengthen Homeless Service Providers knowledge and ability to effectively implement federally and state-funded homeless service programs. Proposals may address one or more of the following activities: 1. Enhance the delivery of services in the RI Homeless Response System by creating a case management training course for homeless service providers. 2. Provide technical assistance and offer as-needed technical assistance to support Homeless Service providers to effectively operate and implement programs serving homeless individuals. 3. Develop products that support homeless service providers in successfully implementing homeless service programs.
