Replacement of existing heating and ventilation systems including associated ductwork, louvers, and dampers for compliance with NFPA 820. Replacement of existing two dry pit submersible non-clog wastewater pumps including related valves, and appurtenances. Replacement of existing flow meter piping and instrumentation with new magnetic meter, related piping, valves, and appurtenances. Provision of temporary equipment, instruments, tools, and manpower to maintain proper ventilation and sewage pumping capacity of the facility.

Replace sanitary sewer main pipe 8”at 0’-12’ depth 948 lf, replace sanitary sewer main pipe 8” at 12’-20’ depth 280 lf, replace sewer house connection 4” by excavation; 0’-12’ depth 678 lf, replace sewer house connection 4” by excavation; 12’-20’ depth 59 lf, removal of lamphole and replace with standard manhole 4’ inside dia. with F&C up to 10’ depth 1 ea, locate existing buried manhole - in paced area 1 ea, reset/set manhole frame and cover 2 ea, furnish new 24”-36” manhole frame and cover 2 ea, cementitious reconstruction for 4’ inside diameter manhole 45 vf, see outside link.
