Contractor shall be responsible for demolition and replacement of existing deaerator and surge tank including all associated piping, valves and controls. In addition, contractor shall install four (4) steam line meters and one (1) condensate return meter. The deaerator, surge tank, and the meters shall be integrated into the existing plant metasys (JCI) control system. Prior to conducting any work, contractor shall field verify existing conditions.
