The Contractor shall provide access to an online platform that integrates preventative and travel health information across global destinations, including Overflight-specific intelligence. Required capabilities include: Ability to generate route-based medical and environmental risk assessments based on airspace and route-specific data. Access to continuously updated information on outbreaks, vaccination mandates, and medical facility readiness. Integration with DHS secure networks and single sign-on (SSO) where applicable. Compliance with DHS IT security standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements. Accessibility from DHS workstations and mobile devices, compatible with major browsers. See attached file.

The contractor shall: Room Blocks: Secure 2–10 rooms per city for WHTF personnel and affiliated travelers. Duration: Accommodate stays up to 44 days per city. Cancellation Flexibility: a. Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival or determined by hotel policy. b. No penalties for unforeseen situations (natural disasters, flight cancelations, or other emergencies). c. Name changes or guest substitutions may be permitted up to date of arrival without penalties. See attached file.

To obtain public affairs consulting services. Provide their expertise in response to media inquiries, and coordinating dissemination of information to journalists, ensuring effective communication of DHS initiatives and policies across various media platforms, including print, television, radio, and digital outlets. The period of performance for this purchase order is inclusive of a 6-month base period. The estimated start date is September 30, 2025.
