The contractor shall: Room Blocks: Secure 2–10 rooms per city for WHTF personnel and affiliated travelers. Duration: Accommodate stays up to 44 days per city. Cancellation Flexibility: a. Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival or determined by hotel policy. b. No penalties for unforeseen situations (natural disasters, flight cancelations, or other emergencies). c.
