Provide financial advisory services may include assisting the district with the issuance of debt. Assistance may include, but may not be limited to: review and analysis of complex business plans and financial proposals including those for refunding opportunities; selling bonds or obtaining other debt financing by performing tasks such as: providing market analysis and information to determine the best method of sale or course of action for the district; advising on the essential features of the bond or other financing structure; assisting with or preparing requests for proposals as appropriate for other professional services needed to carry out the financing. Locate, excavate, pump, backfill, and compact the abandonment of the existing sewage disposal facilities (septic tank) and construct schedule 40 A. B. S. Sewer lateral connections in accordance with the latest edition of the uniform plumbing code (upc), from existing sanitary sewer service lateral at property line to on-site effluent sewer line for residential homes.
