Minnesota DCYF solicits grantees to design, implement, or expand restorative practices initiatives statewide. Total funding $2,040,000; applicants may request up to $500,000 (up to 15% may be used for restitution). Eligible applicants: private/public nonprofits, local units of government, local educational agencies, and Tribal governments. Anticipated initial contract term ~15 months (renewable up to 5 years). Proposals must include workplan, evaluation metrics, budget, and required state forms.
