Managing, operating and improving state-owned marine terminals at the port. The Work as defined in General Provisions GP-1.05 to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, repair and rehabilitation of existing underground electric, water and sanitary sewer services; installation of piping, valves, hydrants, lift stations, manholes and vaults; demolition and removal of existing utility services; installation of new underground electric, communications, sewer and water services and all associated appurtenances; maintenance of traffic; demolition, earthwork, pavement and site restoration; water system leak detection and; all other associated activities.
