The goal of the Endowed Two-Year Student Workforce Scholarships subprogram is to prepare students for available, selected, high-demand, four- and five-star jobs, including those in nursing and allied health fields, and to prepare students for jobs in STEM fields through four-year transfer programs. It is imperative that each proposal presented reflects alignment of these workforce objectives, donors’ understanding and intent, along with campus priorities and resources.
