Construction of the proposed building with operable and sufficient facilities as described in the Plans and specifications. This shall include, but not limited to: grading, procurement of fill and foundation subbase material, concrete foundation and pads, pre-engineered wooden structure with framing, casework and finished, operable lighting, plumbing and HVAC fixtures and facilities.

The work includes but is not limited to one (1) construction project to construct a new building system above the dry well, cleaning and coating of the existing wet well structure and the installation of a new grinder assembly. This is consistent with the city’s long-term asset management plan. There will be one construction contract: in 2025 for improvements to the Little Robin Pump Station. Sanitary sewer service will be maintained throughout the construction and repairs through a temporary bypass pumping system. The contract will allow 365 calendar days for substantial completion and 450 calendar days for total completion of the work from issuance of the notice to proceed.
