Construct a new approx 6,528 SF grandstand building including restrooms, meeting rooms, concessions, grandstand seating, and a media booth. The building shall have concrete foundation and footings; slab on grade; insulated concrete form (ICF) walls with reinforcing steel and steel beams and columns supporting pan deck grandstand level; steel columns, beams, and purlins supporting the metal roof structure; and light gage metal stud walls throughout the second story. Work will include all hollow metal doors, vinyl windows, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil work thereto necessary to complete the project in its entirety.

The work consists of Concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter and stormdrainage removal; Removal and salvage of PT 8x8 wood nailer boards; Selective demolition of chainlink fence; Rough grading, unsuitable excavation, and finished grading with D-1; Field releveling with shot rock embankment; Owner-supplied sand placement and compaction; Installation of chain link fencing throughout, including back stop posts and fabric, totaling 430-lf of 8-foot fencing along with foul poles and backstop netting, and 260-lf of 4-foot fencing.
