AvailableKCTCS seeks a vendor to design, develop, implement, and support a comprehensive mobile app for students, faculty, and staff across 16 college tenants under a single app. Key requirements: multi-tenant architecture with per-college content/branding and tenant selection; integrations with enterprise systems (LMS, SIS, SSO, library, payments, bookstore) via APIs/deep links; strict accessibility and compliance (ADA, Section 508, WCAG 2.2 AA, DOJ Title II) with testing/documentation; FERPA-compliant data security and incident response; community engagement tools, targeted push notifications and admin dashboards; training, ongoing support, and E&O insurance. Implementation must be completed in fewer than 4 weeks from contract signing with go-live by May 1, 2026. Fees are submitted on a separate Financial Cost Worksheet; evaluation weighting: technical 400 pts, cost 200 pts, oral presentations up to 100 pts.

Install new rigid insulation, tapered insulation, metal components and 2-Ply SBS-Modified Bituminous Membrane system as indicated on the drawings. b) Also included are new roof hatches, roof access ladders & miscellaneous masonry repairs.
