Career Link seeks to bridge the gap between employers need for skilled workers and the aspirations of low skilled and underemployed workers to advance into more skilled positions. Hire a consultant with experience in community planning, design, hand drawing architectural and landscaping sketches or alternative design format, and meeting facilitation. The consultant’s knowledge of placemaking approaches, and ability to discuss and sketch potential projects in a meeting setting are critical to the services. The Contractor will assist in identifying, promoting, and inspiring creative placemaking opportunities in Iowa communities. Authority seeks to hire a qualified consultant to provide technical assistance in identification and evaluation of historic resources to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) recipients. Contract Term The term of the contract will begin October 1, 2025 and end on September 30, 2026. The contract may be renewed for up to a total contract length of 3 years.
