Contractor shall mill the lot, clean and prep it for paving. Paving to be done in two lifts. 1.5 inches of level binder and 1.5 inches of surface material. All striping, numbering and signage for ADA parking spaces shall also be included. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon execution for a one-year term.
