Harford County Public Schools seeks pre-qualified vendors to provide student photography and/or yearbook production and related services across 54 schools (~38,000 students). Scope includes elementary, middle, and high school portraits (including senior portraits, panoramic class photos, graduation, faculty/staff, team/group) and full yearbook services; proposals may be for photography, yearbooks, or both. Key requirements for responders: FERPA/data-privacy compliance and signed Data Privacy Addendum, minimum 5 years in business, Maryland good standing, insurance, references, sample one-page school agreement, detailed cost and commission schedules (commissions reporting/payment), online payment capability and delivery of electronic image media and usage reports; schools will select providers from the pre-qualified list and there is no guaranteed minimum volume.

Harford County Public Schools is soliciting architectural services for three elementary school projects: a Blueprint Pre-K expansion at Jarrettsville Elementary, a Strive Suite at Hickory Elementary, and renovations to the Sensory Room at Roye-Williams Elementary. The selected firm will provide full design services including budgeting, coordination with school personnel, and construction administration; evaluation will be based on project understanding, team qualifications, relevant experience, references, and price.
