To make upgrades to the existing lift station so it will be able to handle more flow and increase capacity at the site. Administrative services will include services associated with project. The selected administrative professional shall complete administrative services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and procedures. The administrative professional shall provide administration services, including serving as the owner's professional administrative representative for the project, and providing professional administrative consultation and advice.

Hancock County Utility Authority seeks proposals for administrative services to support upgrades to a lift station in Bay St. Louis, MS. The scope includes compliance with state and federal regulations, project performance compliance, and administration of the Davis Bacon Act and Equal Opportunity requirements. The project is funded under the RESTORE Act.

Work includes individual grinder pumps will be installed at each resident, which will connect to a low-pressure sewer system. The system will pump to a proposed central wastewater pump station, which will then transport the wastewater to an existing pump station.
