DESIGN BUILD services for the pavement rehabilitation. The project length is approx. 3.9 miles, which includes 3.4 miles of pavement rehabilitation. Definable features of work include asphalt milling and resurfacing, bridge joint rehabilitation, drainage & lighting improvements, erosion & sediment control, roadway pavement markings and maintenance of traffic (MOT).

Provide environmental and environmental engineering consulting services and related professional services, as requested by the aviation authority, which may include, but is not limited to: evaluation and assessment of wildlife issues;uplands and wetlands evaluation; threatened and endangered species issues; water quality analysis; land management; air sampling and monitoring; conducting environmental audits of tenants and contractors; conducting all phases of environmental contamination assessments for petroleum and hazardous materials; storage tank management. Provide planning, engineering, surveying, and related professional services for the aviation authority's capital program, which includes the current capital improvement program, and future amendments, and for all other planning, engineering, construction and environmental projects that the aviation authority may request. The services include, but are not limited to the following: advising and supporting the aviation authority through assessments, studies, master planning, concept development, preparation of design-build criteria packages, project envisioning documents, program definition documents, external governmental agency outreach and stakeholder engagement.
