GTC Next Generation 911 Call Handling Equipment (RFP)

Procurement and implementation of a fully integrated, standards-based next generation 9-1-1 (NG911) call handling system. The selected system must: - support 8 simultaneous users and scale to 10 during critical events; - be interoperable with tyler enterprise CAD and Motorola MCC7500 radio consoles; - deliver reliable call processing performance in accordance with Nena I3 (version 3) standards and NGCS benchmarks; - provide non-emergent administrative telephone network capabilities; - provide seamless support for voice, text, video, and other forms of multimedia requests for emergency assistance (RFEA) from third party public safety platforms; - enable flexible, virtual ECC/remote call-taking capabilities.
