Cleaning Services at Central Dining Hall (RFQ)

Provide cleaning services at central dining hall. Remove all dust, cobwebs, marks, scuffs, fingerprints, stains, and other visible soil from walls and ceilings. Wash/damp-clean walls and ceilings down to original finish as required to restore a “freshly cleaned” appearance. For resilient/tile floors: Sweep/dust-mop, followed by damp-mop or machine scrub as needed. Remove all soil, stains, gum, spills, traffic lane marks.

The scope of work includes the demolition of existing ceilings, mechanical equipment (air distribution), and electrical (lighting). The new construction will consist of ceilings, air distribution, and lighting. The mechanical HVAC work will consist of complete replacement of ductwork and terminal units up to and including a small portion of duct in the existing mechanical room. Work will also include painting and cove base in all areas impacted by new work.
