The anticipated scope of work (i.e., tasks) to be performed is detailed below: (Contact Center): Handle inbound and outbound customer communications across multiple contact channels (phone, webform/email, chat, text/SMS). (Contact Center): Assist with FAFSA and Specialty Program applications and respond to a variety of general and program-specific inquiries. Specialty Programs include Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), Temporary Expanded Public Service Loan Forgiveness (TEPSLF), Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), and the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH). FSA seeks proposals for Perkins Loan Servicing, requiring a security compliant system for electronic submission, processing, and validation of loan assignment data. The contract is a single-award ID/IQ with a 1-year base period and eight 1-year options, set aside for small businesses.

To procure the necessary ServiceNow license and instances to ensure the current PIMA configuration is able to function while maintaining its current security posture. Task 1 - ServiceNow Licenses: A total of 10 ServiceNow fulfiller licenses will be provided allowing for the maintenance and development of PIMA. If a different variation of licenses is identified at a later point, those licenses will also be provided in place of the fulfiller licenses. Task 2 - Instances: 2 instances will be provided allowing for the maintenance and development of PIMA. One instance will be a production instance allowing for the deployment of PIMA in its current iteration. One instance will be a non-production instance that will allow for testing and development of new functionalities of PIMA without interfering with customer experience in the deployed instance.
