Task 1 - ServiceNow Licenses: A total of 10 ServiceNow fulfiller licenses will be provided allowing for the maintenance and development of PIMA. If a different variation of licenses is identified at a later point, those licenses will also be provided in place of the fulfiller licenses. Task 2 - Instances: 2 instances will be provided allowing for the maintenance and development of PIMA. One instance will be a production instance allowing for the deployment of PIMA in its current iteration. One instance will be a non-production instance that will allow for testing and development of new functionalities of PIMA without interfering with customer experience in the deployed instance.
