Provide and install a whole building generator system for the Center. The goal of this project is to ensure uninterrupted electrical service to the entire facility in the event of a power outage. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and services necessary for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a reliable generator system capable of powering the entire building. Scope includes Site Assessment and Load Analysis Determination of the best location of the generator to meet all code requirements. System Design and Sizing Recommendation, Generator Set and ATS Supply (Automatic Transfer Switch), Fuel System to be natural gas. Contractor to connect to Owners existing service. Composite Pad and Mounting, Electrical Installation & Integration with Building Panel, Permit Acquisition and Code Compliance, Testing, Start-up, and Commissioning, User Training and Documentation.
