AvailableThe contractor shall be responsible for removing and repairing damaged sections of the asphalt parking lot in front of the Utilities Building and Warehouse areas. Once repairs are made to the damaged areas, the contractor will be responsible for grinding, then re-surfacing the project area with a minimum 1-1/2” topcoat of asphalt. The contractor will be responsible for re-stripping the parking areas in front of the Powerhouse building. See attached file.
