IMPS 168, 169, 169A, 170, 170A, 171B, 180. Frozen, weight range approx. 12 to 28 lb. Quote MUST indicate actual IMPS & average roast weight of quoted item. 2,500 LB of Turkey Roast, Raw, by the pounds: Meats,Turkey, Boneless, Roast, Raw, Natural, All-Natural, Boned, Rolled and Tied, netted, roasting pack or other appropriate packaging. U.S. Grade A., United States Classes, Standards and Grades for Poultry Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) 70.200 et seq. Breast meat or breast/thigh meat (8-12 lb each) or whole muscle thigh meat (6 lb each). Skin (Maximum) 12.5%. Packaging shall be neat and attractive. The contractor shall be responsible for removing and repairing damaged sections of the asphalt parking lot in front of the Utilities Building and Warehouse areas. Once repairs are made to the damaged areas, the contractor will be responsible for grinding, then re-surfacing the project area with a minimum 1-1/2” topcoat of asphalt. The contractor will be responsible for re-stripping the parking areas in front of the Powerhouse building. See attached file.
