Provide general maintenance services consisting of small renovations, repairs, and improvements to existing facilities and grounds on an as needed basis in various buildings.

Work includes (1) demolition and removal of existing asphalt and/or concrete pavement, concrete and/or asphalt walks, curbs and gutters, and other exterior site items indicated or not indicated which interfere with the work, (2) excavation, filling, backfilling, and grading, and placement of hydraulic cement concrete required for proposed sidewalks, (3) installing storm drainage structures, storm sewer pipe, and other drainage infrastructure, (4) installation of traffic signal equipment supporting new pedestrian phasing, (5) installation, maintenance and removal of erosion control measures required for prevention of sediment leaving the project site, (6) installation of hot-mix asphalt paving over prepared subbase, (7) installation of permanent pavement markings and traffic signs.

Work includes new two-story 47,435 SF core addition, a new three story 20,796 sf classroom addition, and approximately 80,794 SF of renovations to the existing three-story taylor middle school. Construction includes site development, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior build-out, and finishes.
