AvailableMarin County seeks a qualified consulting firm to update and expand its FEMA‑approved Multi‑Jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (MJLHMP), including outreach and incorporation of all K‑12 public schools and special districts. Work must comply with the Disaster Mitigation Act (44 CFR §201.6) and 2025 FEMA planning guidance; project is funded by FEMA HMGP (DR‑4699‑AP01636). Proposers must demonstrate hazard mitigation planning experience and FEMA plan approval experience. Submissions accepted via Bid Express or one original physical copy plus electronic USB. County may make multiple awards; evaluation weights: Qualifications 40%, Proposal quality 25%, References 25%, Cost 10%.
