This document is Amendment #2 to the Agreement for the Provision of Alternative Transportation Solutions between EverDriven Technologies, LLC (Contractor) and Corona-Norco Unified School District (District). Effective July 1, 2022, this amendment extends the agreement term to June 30, 2023, updates the fee schedule as per Attachment 1, and introduces a three percent annual fee increase starting July 1, 2023. The original agreement's terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
