The committee meeting agenda included a review of the student handbook, discussion and action regarding recommendations to the Board of Education, and a review of the school improvement plan to provide feedback.

The board meeting agenda includes the consideration of employment for a Student Council Sponsor, a Physical Education Teacher, and a Head Varsity Baseball Coach. Additionally, the board will consider the transfer of a staff member to the position of Superintendent's Secretary, authorize the preparation of a tentative budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and review both the student handbook and updated registration fees for the new school year. Administrative reports from the Superintendent and the Principal are scheduled, and an executive session will be held to discuss personnel performance and potential litigation matters.

The board discussed the superintendent search with a representative from the Illinois Association of School Boards. Administrative reports were provided by the superintendent and principal. The board approved several personnel items including resignations and new hires for teaching and coaching positions. Membership renewals for regional education and career and technical education cooperatives were approved. The board also adopted a tentative fiscal year budget and established a future budget hearing date. Additionally, the board approved several volunteer coach appointments and an increase in umpire fees for sports activities.

The committee reviewed and discussed the tentative FY25 budget presented by the Interim Superintendent via a PowerPoint presentation. Additionally, the committee engaged in a discussion regarding projections and associated recommendations.

The board convened for a special meeting to address personnel matters. The session included a motion to enter into an executive session to discuss the employment and compensation of specific individuals within the district, followed by a return to open session before adjournment.
