It identifies several key catalysts for economic growth: strengthening education and labor opportunities, prioritizing infrastructure improvements (water, sewer, renewable energy, and transportation), enhancing revenue through regional collaboration and business expansion, expanding agricultural business programs, and maximizing tourist attraction and expenditure capture. The plan seeks to improve quality of life and create meaningful employment opportunities for tribal members.

The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes' Long-Term Site Master Plans, developed in conjunction with the 2023-2027 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), provide a strategic roadmap for long-term investments and changes across key Tribal properties. The plan outlines conceptual site plans for twenty properties, with detailed development priorities for the Concho, Clinton, and Canton Reserves. Key focus areas include economic development through commercial, employment, and industrial initiatives; enhancing civic and cultural amenities; addressing housing needs; and implementing significant infrastructure improvements, all aimed at guiding future decision-making and capitalizing on opportunities while considering utilities, transportation, and natural/cultural resources.

This Comprehensive Plan for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes outlines a shared vision for long-term Tribal decision-making, spanning 50+ years. It focuses on preserving Cheyenne and Arapaho cultures, languages, and heritage; fostering economic growth through diverse opportunities such as gaming, renewable energy, and local businesses; and enhancing the health, safety, and quality of life for Tribal members through improved housing, services, infrastructure, and environmental stewardship. The plan also emphasizes effective governance and decision-making grounded in core Tribal values like kinship, trust, and respect.

The agenda for the Second Regular Session of the Eleventh Legislature includes the consideration of two resolutions: one to approve the Election Commission's Legal Consultation Service Agreement (11L-RS-2026-02-001) and another to call a Special Meeting of the Tribal Council (11L-RS-2026-02-002). A public hearing concerning the Second Regular Session matters is scheduled to precede the session.

The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes held a special session of the Tenth Legislature. The session addressed and passed three resolutions: one to approve the remodel of the existing Concho Childcare Development Center, another to approve a second allocation of funding to expand eligibility for the summer youth employment program, and a third to appropriate funding for two positions at the Oklahoma City Building.
